About non-verbal communication

After a riveting meeting with a team in Milan who are developing a game changing asset in the parkinsonsdisease space, Wojciech Kula (our CEO), our camera shy Head of Clinical Development and I (Patrycja) walked into a local cafeteria for a debrief session. It quickly became apparent that we would have communication difficulties as none of us could speak Italian and the proprietor couldn't speak English. Wojciech demonstrated to us the importance of emotional intelligence and the application of the research from Prof. Albert Mehrabian on non-verbal communication.

Despite the language barrier,  the service received from this humble cafeteria would match that of the Dorchester, the Savoy and Claridges. We prioritise the emotional quotient development in all our personnel.
